  • 2 tablespoons refined oil 1 cup boiling basmati rice 1/2 teaspoon mint leaves salt to taste
  • 3 cardamom pods, green
  • Two garlic cloves, two onions, and one pinch of turmeric
  • 1.5 grams of minced garlic
  • One Cup of Set Curd
  • Water to taste, plus 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves
  • Use 1 tbsp of ghee for every 600 grams of chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • Saffron, one teaspoon
  • Bay leaf, 1 tablespoon; black cardamom, 12 teaspoon
  • One teaspoon of ground cumin
  • Four Green Peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • a single-measured teaspoon of dried red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Add 2 drops of kewra to 1 tablespoon of rose water.

Step 1: Get the saffron kewra water ready and cut up the vegetables.

Preparing saffron water (one teaspoon of saffron can be soaked in 1/4 cup of water) is the first step in cooking a delicious chicken biryani. The next step is to make kewra water by thoroughly combining kewra drops with water. Put them away for now. Prepare a side dish by setting aside chopped onion and coriander leaves.

Step 2: Saute the onions.

In the meantime, heat some refined oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Stir-fry the cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardamom, black cardamom, and cloves for a minute once the oil is hot. After that, throw in some chopped onion and cook until it turns pink. Now, we’ll throw in some chicken, green chilies slit lengthwise, turmeric, salt to taste, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, and green chili paste. Blend the seasonings together and simmer for two to three minutes. Then, stir in the hung curd. (Before adding the chicken, be sure to thoroughly wash and pat it dry)

Step 3 Maintain a low simmer for 5-6 minutes while preparing biryani.

Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the garam masala, julienned ginger, chopped coriander, and mint leaves. Throw in some rose water, saffron water, and kewra water. Leave the chicken in the oven until it is fork-tender. Then, stir in 1 cup of previously cooked rice. After that, drizzle some ghee and saffron water on top. Now that steam has formed, you can either cook the dish without a lid or cover it to create a dum effect. Step 4: Serve your delicious biryani with raita! Make sure the cover is on tight for the entire 15-20 minutes, and then top with fried onions and coriander leaves. Once done, serve your Chicken Biryani with raita on the side and enjoy! Your Chicken Biryani is now finished, and you can enjoy it with your loved ones as soon as it is ready to be served.
